The True North Guarantee
At True North we are very proud of our logbooks and are confident that you will love yours every bit as much as we do. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your new True North Legacy Logbook, you can send the Logbook back for a 100% refund (excluding shipping).
Returns are not available for personalized or logbooks that have any markings or writings in them of any kind. Logbooks must be returned in mint condition and with ALL original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Logbook repairs including mending, fixing, or rebinding apply to manufactures defects only and not normal or excessive wear and tear or damage intentional or unintentional by the logbook owner. Lifetime workmanship guarantee is limited to repairs only, not replacement. True North will pay shipping both ways if repairs are needed within one year of purchase date. For repairs needed after one year of purchase date, logbook owner will be responsible for shipping both ways. Notification for repairs must be received by True North via email within the one year purchase date to be eligible for free shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days of approval.
